Coca-Cola's temporary positions on Paraná add up to more than 400 opportunities and include jobs in Ponta Grossa and other cities in the state. The contracts of Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil are part of the Summer Plan, created to strengthen operations during the months of greatest demand.
In total, the company expects more than 1,000 temporary contracts in the seven Brazilian states where it maintains operations. In the Paraná, admissions should occur over the next six months.
The opportunities cover different areas, mainly logistics, operations, manufacturing and commercial.

Among the positions mentioned by Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil are Operations Assistant, Delivery Driver, Delivery Assistant and Machine Operator.
The contracts are mainly directed to the company’s industrial plants and distribution centers.
In Paraná, the company maintains operations in different regions. Among the municipalities contemplated by the opportunities are Curitiba, Maringá, Araucária, Cambé, Cascavel, Campo Mourão, Cianorte, Francisco Beltrão, Foz do Iguaçu, Guarapuava, Laranjeiras do Sul, Marechal Cândido Rondon, Pato Branco and Ponta Grossa.

Among the functions are Promoter and Seller. In Curitiba, the vacancies also cover the Metropolitan Region.
Inland and on the coast of Paraná, commercial opportunities appear in cities such as Campo Mourão, Cianorte, Foz do Iguaçu, Guarapuava, Matinhos, Morretes, Paranaguá and Pontal of Paraná, among other locations.
The reinforcement in the teams traditionally occurs before the summer and the holidays, periods in which the company records an increase in demand for its products.

According to Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil, the Summer Plan is carried out every year as a strategy to expand the teams during one of the busiest periods for the company.
“The Summer Plan is part of our strategy to ensure that we are prepared for one of the busiest periods of the year. At the same time as we strengthen the operation to serve our customers and consumers, we also expand opportunities for temporary work in several regions of the country,” says FEMSA Brazil Coca-Cola HR Director, Flávia Campos.
The initiative encompasses areas such as administration and finance, commercial, operations and manufacturing.
