FACOP opens registrations for height work course with only 25 spots for Ponta Grossa

FACOP, in partnership with SIEMACO Ponta Grossa, is with open registrations for the Work Course in Height – NR-35, which will be held on November 7 and 14, 2026, in Almirante Tamandaré, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. The training will have 16 hours of theoretical and practical activities and will have only 25 vacancies available for those interested.

The initiative represents an opportunity for Ponta Grossa workers who wish to enhance their knowledge, expand professional qualifications and prepare for activities that require specific safety care.

In addition to the training, participants will have free transportation, free lunch and free coffee during the course days. The trip will be organized from Ponta Grossa, leaving the headquarters of SIEMACO at 5.30 am.

Course of NR-35 will have theoretical and practical classes

The course will address the main safety procedures related to work at height, an activity that requires adequate preparation to prevent accidents and protect the physical integrity of professionals.

The Norma Regulamentadora no 35 (NR-35), established by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, determines the requirements and preventive measures for activities carried out above two meters from the lower level, when there is a risk of fall.

During the training, participants will have access to knowledge on risk identification, preventive measures, use of personal protective equipment and safe procedures for performing activities at height.

The training is especially important for professionals working in sectors such as construction, building maintenance, facade cleaning, industrial facilities and other activities that involve work in high places.

Transportation and food will be free

To facilitate the participation of Ponta Grossa workers, the organization will provide free transportation to FACOP headquarters, located at Almirante Tamandaré.

The departure is scheduled for 5.30 am, at the headquarters of SIEMACO Ponta Grossa, on November 7 and 14, both Saturdays.

Participants will also be entitled to free lunch and coffee during the activities, providing more convenience throughout the training.
