Ponta Grossa hosted the Intelligence Summit 2026, an event that brought together more than 2,000 participants to discuss the impacts of artificial intelligence, the challenges of the labor market and the importance of human development in the corporate environment. The meeting took place at the Silvana Kuhn Convention Center and was attended by entrepreneurs, managers, professionals and leaders from different sectors of Campos Gerais.

Promoted by Unimed Ponta Grossa and Inbix, the Summit presented a program focused on innovation, organizational culture and business sustainability. During the day, lectures, panels and integration activities provided opportunities for the exchange of experiences and the discussion about the transformations that are already part of the routine of companies.

With the concept “Technology that feels. People who transform”, the event highlighted that the advancement of technological tools needs to be accompanied by the appreciation of people, the development of skills and the construction of healthier and more productive work environments.

Artificial intelligence and human development were highlighted

The program brought together experts from different areas to address issues related to leadership, productivity, emotional health and the use of artificial intelligence in organizations.

At the opening, Luis Souza, professional of Educação Corporativa and Organizational Development of GOL Linhas Aéreas, presented experiences of the aviation sector that can contribute to the health area, especially in issues related to safety, the preparation of teams and shared responsibility.

Another highlight was the plenary session Between Goals and People, which featured Elaine Guzzo, Vinicius Borges and Vivianny Lemos, under the mediation of Rafaela Nascimento. The debate addressed the need to balance the search for results with the well-being of employees and the construction of healthy professional relationships.

The speaker Richard Heiras also participated in the event, bringing reflections on human skills that remain essential in the face of the advancement of artificial intelligence, especially in the areas of career, leadership and management.

During the afternoon, the directors of Inbix, Cassiano Piekarski and Luciano Döll, presented perspectives on the practical application of artificial intelligence in companies, highlighting how technology can contribute to improve processes, increase productivity and generate results.

The program also included the plenary Culture, People and Business Sustainability, with Fabrizio Rosso, Luanna Rodrigues and Patricia Coimbra, mediated by journalist Daniela Diniz. The conversation highlighted the importance of organizational culture and the participation of professionals for the sustainable growth of companies.

Monja Coen was one of the highlights of the event

One of the highlights of the Intelligence Summit 2026 was the participation of Monja Coen, who ended the programming of lectures with reflections on self-knowledge, balance, awareness and purpose.

The presentation brought a perspective on the importance of human relations in a society increasingly influenced by technology and the speed of transformations.

The participation reinforced one of the main messages of the meeting: although artificial intelligence is transforming different professions and economic sectors, skills such as creativity, empathy, critical thinking and capacity for relationship remain fundamental.

The closure also featured an activity by Vilon’s Culture Ambassadors, aimed at integration and collaboration between participants.

Event strengthens connections and opportunities in Campos Gerais

In addition to the lectures, the Intelligence Summit 2026 had a business fair and spaces dedicated to networking, providing the approach between companies, professionals and representatives of different segments.

The initiative also highlighted the potential of Ponta Grossa and Campos Gerais to host events focused on innovation and business development, stimulating the circulation of knowledge and the creation of new professional connections.

By bringing together more than 2,000 people around topics such as artificial intelligence, leadership and human development, the event reinforced the importance of professional updating and preparing companies for market changes.

With the Summit, Unimed Ponta Grossa and Inbix sought to contribute to the strengthening of the regional business environment, demonstrating that the future of business depends not only on technological evolution, but also on the ability of people to use these tools in a strategic, responsible and sustainable way.
