More 32 families from Caetano Mendes in Tibagi receive land regularization titles

The City of Tibagi held, on Friday (30 October), the delivery of 32 more titles of land regularization for families of the District of Caetano Mendes. The initiative guarantees residents the documentation of their properties, expands legal certainty and contributes to the appreciation of real estate.
The work was developed through the ASP Regularization Program, in partnership with the ASP Projects company and the Municipal Housing Secretariat. With the documentation in hand, owners now have legal recognition of their properties, which also facilitates access to financing and the search for investments and resources in the public and private sectors.
The Municipal Secretary of Housing, Leopoldo Scheraiber, highlighted the importance of the initiative for the development of the district. “Regularization is key to ensuring legal certainty for families and preparing the district even more for future projects. With the documentation in hand, the search for resources is more accessible, both in the public and private sectors,” he said.
The solemnity was attended by councilors Adriano Pastor, Vilson de Lima and Antônio Barbosa Quadra; the director of ASP Projetos, Olivério Neto; the Secretary of Housing, Leopoldo Scheraiber; and the district administrator, Silvana Bittencourt, in addition to the beneficiary families.
The hiring of the company ASP Projetos was carried out directly by the beneficiary families. The municipality, through the Secretariat of Housing, monitors and supports the progress of the land regularization process, but does not cost the services provided by the company. Information is important for residents to understand how the program works and to be clear about the responsibilities and procedures needed to participate in future steps.
The action gives continuity to the process of land regularization in Caetano Mendes. The program should now move to other areas of Caetano Mendes, expanding the number of families benefiting.
