Attempted murder in Jaguariaíva ends with two arrested and a teenager detained by PCPR after knife attack at Primavera II

An attempted murder in Jaguariaíva ended with two people arrested and a teenage girl seized by the Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR) on Saturday night (5). According to police, the victim was attacked with a knife in the Primavera II neighborhood.
The incident was attended by the team of the 42nd Regional Police Station of Jaguariaíva. According to information released by PCPR, the crime took place on public roads late Saturday afternoon.
The victim was walking down the street when she was surrounded by the group and hit with a knife in the back and neck. After the attack, the man received care and was referred to Hospital Carolina Lupion, in Jaguariaíva.
Police point to intent to kill
According to the initial investigations of the Civil Police, the way the attack happened and the regions of the body affected would indicate an intention to kill.
The PCPR also reported that the crime was not consummated because people who were nearby approached and intervened in the situation. With that, the people involved left the site.
After the attempted murder in Jaguariaíva, police began diligence to locate the suspects.
Two of those involved were found in a residence. Following the search, the third member of the group was located in a property in the Pedrinha neighborhood.
According to the Civil Police, one of the people involved tried to escape through the window of the property, but ended up being reached and detained in public.
Two inmates and teenager seized
The two adults involved were arrested in flagrante. According to PCPR, they will be held accountable for the crimes of attempted murder and corruption of minors.
The teenager involved in the incident was seized for an infraction analogous to the crime of attempted murder.
The imprisoned adults remain at the disposal of the courts. The teenager was available to the Court of Childhood and Youth.
The investigation continues under the responsibility of the Civil Police to clarify all the circumstances of the attack, including the motivation of the crime and the participation of each of those involved.
