Woman Disappears After Entering a Car and Family Receives Mysterious Messages in PG

Nelci’s family of Jesus Braga Genu, 59, is looking for information about his whereabouts after the disappearance recorded in late August in Ponta Grossa. According to relatives, she has not been seen since August 29, 2026 and since then it has not been possible to establish direct contact with her.
According to information passed on by the family to BnT Online, Nelci would have got into a car driven by a person that the relatives do not know. At the time, she also reportedly informed the person for whom she worked that she was leaving for Curitiba.
However, nearly a month later, the family has not yet been able to confirm whether Nelci has arrived in the Paraná capital or where she is currently.
Incoming messages increase family concern
One of the points that most worry family members is the fact that they have received messages from a phone number that would be used by Nelci, but without being able to confirm if she herself was answering.
According to the report sent to BnT Online, the situation became even more worrying this week, when the messages also stopped arriving. "We have received some messages from a number that would be hers, but we have no confirmation that it is really she who is responding. Since Monday, we have not even been able to talk to her for that number," a family member said.

To date, there is no confirmed information about who sent the messages or the circumstances of the disappearance.
Civilian Police releases disappearance poster
The Civil Police of Paraná (PCPR) released a poster with the photograph and data of Nelci, requesting the collaboration of the population to help locate it. The police document reports that she is 59 years old and records the disappearance in Ponta Grossa, dated August 28, 2026.
The family, for its part, reports that Nelci has been missing since August 29. The difference between the dates reported is in the available reports.
Family asks for help to find Nelci
