Young Man Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Carlos Cavalcanti Avenue in Uvaranas

A motorcycle accident in Uvaranas mobilized service teams in the early hours of Saturday (5), in Ponta Grossa. A young motorcyclist was injured after the occurrence recorded in the Avenida Carlos Cavalcanti, at a crossing of the region.

According to initial information, the accident happened around 1:50 am, in front of a pharmacy. So far, no details have been released about the dynamics of the collision, such as the circumstances that led to the crash of the motorcyclist.

Teams of the Mobile Emergency Service (Samu) were activated to provide the first services to the victim. The young man had injuries considered serious, including an exposed fracture in his foot.

After receiving on-site care, the motorcyclist was referred to a hospital unit of Ponta Grossa for medical evaluation and continuity of treatment.
