Youth Caught 'Smoking Marijuana' at Ponta Grossa Central Terminal

A video forwarded to Portal BnT Online shows a group of people gathered in an area designated as restricted circulation. According to reports that accompany the images, the people involved were consuming marijuana at the site.
In the images, it is possible to observe people sitting next to a blue structure, next to a fence. The group stays together during the recording, which is approximately 30 seconds long. According to the complaint, in addition to the suspicion of marijuana consumption, the presence of people in the space would also be irregular, since circulation in that area is prohibited.

However, the images alone do not confirm that the substance mentioned by the complainants is marijuana. A question raised by the reports is the suspicion of narcotics consumption. The identification of any illicit substance, however, depends on additional elements that cannot be determined by recording alone.
